All returned items must be:

  • Returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to defective items or incorrect shipments: we cover the shipping costs.

  • Returns for other reasons: customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid loss or delays.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected.

  • Full refunds will be issued if the return is due to our error or defective products.

  • Partial refunds may be issued for returns not caused by our error, with shipping fees deducted.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color changes only after the returned product has been inspected.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our mistake.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Notify us immediately if your product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Keep all packaging, as it may be required for verification.

  • Provide photos or videos if requested. Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.

8. Exceptions

  • Discounted, promotional, or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Returns lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer unless shipping insurance was purchased.
